I take the Calm blend at the end of my shift at night so by the time I get home I am relaxed and can unwind and get ready for a good night's sleep. For me, it works better for Melatonin because I don't feel groggy the next morning.

Calm and Focus are my daily go-to's. I take Calm just before bed and it stops my mind from racing. I sleep better and it stops me from waking up in the middle of the night. At any time of the day, if I am not as calm as I want to be, I just take a couple of drops and I am good.
